Kimberly Nasief-Westergren is President & Founder of Measure Consumer Perspective. Kimberly founded her first mystery shopping and consumer research firm in 2001 and has grown to become one of the most experienced mystery shopping industry professional in Kentucky, as well as an industry thought leader in customer experience management and social media. Prior to her entrepreneurship, Kimberly‚Aos career in advertising sparked an observation that positive consumer experiences‚Ainot advertising‚Aiare what ultimately lead to valuable repeat business for a company. Kimberly founded Measure CP to provide clients with only the most cutting-edge consumer insight. Incorporating the science of social anthropology with market research and social technology form the basis of Kimberly‚Aos company. Under her guidance, her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and interest groups. Category experience includes multi-family housing, senior housing, financial services, insurance, fine dining, retail outlets, ad agencies, and market research firms. Kimberly is a Centre College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology. Her studies in anthropology, contemporary cultural trends, and tourism led her to pursue the career she loves. She is civically-minded and believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works. Kimberly was named a finalist in the 2006 NAWBO Woman Business Owner of the Year program; a 2007 Today‚Aos Woman Way to Go Woman winner; a 2009 40 under 40 recipient; and a graduate of Focus Louisville, Ignite Louisville, and Leadership Louisville. She is put up with by her amazing husband, darling daughter, and new son, as well as her co-workers. She has an affinity for sock monkeys, and is a lover of social networking. She can be found online talking with other professionals and business owners about all things customer service.
