Dr Jake Beniflah is the Head of Insights and Foresights at mitú, a leading social media company, responsible for driving key insights for brands and future research directions for the company. Jake is also the founding editor of the Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy. He is a public speaker with work published in a number of peer-reviewed marketing journals. Jake is a postdoctorate fellow at Loyola Marymount University and received his doctorate in business administration from Golden Gate University in 2010.
