Courtney Williams is the Executive Director of Quality at Lucid, the world’s largest audience platform for sourcing and understanding human answers. She brings more than 15 years of Marketing Research experience to Lucid, with 10+ years spent working on the operations side of research, in both leadership and support roles. Courtney has an extensive background in quantitative research, with specialties in ad hoc as well as syndicated research. She is passionate about quality in research and has dedicated much of her career to it. A lifetime learner, she holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA with a focus in Marketing, has maintained her Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) since 2007, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia Principles of Marketing Research program.
