Paul Rubenstein, Ph.D., is President & CEO At Accelerant Research. Dr. Rubenstein is responsible for the firm's development and management of client relationships and business strategies. Prior to starting Accelerant, Paul served as MAi's Leader in its Financial Services Practice. In this capacity, Paul managed over 100 studies for Bank of America and other clients in a wide variety of industries. His previous position was Director of Marketing Research at Bank of America. Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, Paul was employed by J.P. Morgan, PSI Global and Bozell Advertising. Paul's areas of specialization include customer satisfaction and loyalty, consumer segmentation, product development, and communications research. Most of his career has been focused in the financial services industry. Paul has a Ph. D. in Psychometrics from Fordham University.
